Join Our Team at Chicagoland Neuropsychology

We look forward to taking the next step in getting to know you!

At Chicagoland Neuropsychology, we’re not just offering a job; we’re offering a fulfilling career that comes with a tremendous amount of flexibility and above-market compensation.

We understand that a balanced work-life dynamic is crucial for our team members to deliver their best, and we prioritize that. Part of how we ensure the best patient care is by ensuring that our team members can maintain a healthy work-life balance and that they feel well-compensated for their work. Whether you prefer part-time or full-time work, we can accommodate your preferences.

Available Positions

Chicagoland Neuropsychology is seeking a licensed psychologist or neuropsychologist with a primary interest in pediatric assessment. There is flexibility to provide therapy or test adults, if desired.

We are a values-driven practice that works hard to avoid “diagnose and adios.” We believe that minimizing labels and helping people understand why they feel the way they do enables our clients to translate testing results into meaningful change. This role is ideal for clinicians who value collaboration as a core part of high-quality assessment and who want to avoid working for a testing mill.

Our practice primarily provides psychological and neuropsychological evaluations, so we have many digital tools in place to enhance the comprehensiveness of our reports while saving significant time. Clinicians work in a collaborative, supportive environment with access to consultation, mentorship, and ongoing professional growth. This is a setting for clinicians who want to practice the way they were trained—we are the opposite of a testing mill. All of our testing technicians are full-time, Master’s-level clinicians (e.g., school psychologists) and not externs seeking extra income.

We’re proud to serve a diverse range of clients, including individuals from LGBTQIA+ communities and racially and ethnically diverse populations. Our clinicians are committed to providing affirming, culturally informed care, and we welcome psychologists who bring this same sensitivity and awareness to their work.

Why Join Chicagoland Neuropsychology?

  • Flexible Schedule: Our team enjoys true work-life balance. Clinicians typically work on-site only 2 days a week, with the ability to offer services remotely on other days.
  • Administrative Support: Our top-notch support staff manages your schedule, handles insurance issues, and manages medical records so you can focus on clinical care.
  • Time-Saving Systems: We use streamlined workflows and an automated report-writing system that significantly reduces documentation time.
  • Convenient Location: Our Oak Park office is steps from the CTA Blue and Green Lines and the Metra UP-West Line. There’s also ample parking for those who drive.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • You are a licensed Clinical Psychologist in Illinois.
  • You hold a Psy.D. or Ph.D.
  • You are committed to providing respectful, evidence-based care to individuals of all backgrounds.
  • Neuropsychology experience is welcomed but not required—we’re happy to train and support clinicians from testing backgrounds.

What We Offer

  • Competitive Compensation
  • Comprehensive Health Insurance
  • 401k – starting Fall 2026
  • Paid Time Off
  • Malpractice Insurance
  • A Comfortable, Well-Equipped Office
  • Mentorship for Clinicians New to Private Practice
  • Weekly Case Consultation and Peer Support
  • This is a W2 position, not 1099 independent contractor.
