We are hiring a full-time psychologist or neuropsychologist to evaluate children, adolescents, or adults. Clinicians specializing in evaluating specific age ranges or disorders are encouraged to apply. Also, those interested in providing therapy are welcome as well. This position offers great flexibility and promotes work/life balance. Clinicians only need to be on-site 2-3 days throughout the week and can provide some services remotely. Additionally, our report-writing system is highly automated, saving significant time.

Our office is located in Oak Park, which has an abundance of public transportation options that will let you get to work effortlessly. Two Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) elevated rail lines (Blue and Green) and the Metra (Union Pacific West Line) train all serve Oak Park. Parking is also easy.

We are looking to add a clinician (Psychologist, LCPC, LMFT, LPC or LCSW) who is looking for flexible, part-time work of 6-12 hrs/week. There is the potential for this position expanding in the future, if desired. There is a great deal of flexibility in terms of working day, evening and weekend hours. This practice is focused on quality of care above all else, so working in a collaborative and integrative manner with all team members is highly valued. Unsurprisingly, this improves patient care, but just as important, this approach also promotes an enjoyable and enriching work environment in which we all continue to develop as clinicians. Therapists will be provided with office space as well as HIPAA compliant video conference software for clients who prefer to work remotely. In terms of workload, most of our part-time therapists have carried between 6-12 cases, but there is the potential for doing more or transitioning to full-time.

WHAT IS PROVIDED:

  • A steady stream of referrals – no endless marketing work or phonecalls
  • Very competitive compensation
  • Billing staff – no need to check benefits or follow-up on unpaid claims
  • Assistance with credentialing
  • Availability of individual consultation – zero reason to feel isolated
  • Very comfortable office space
  • Very flexible hours
  • Training provided on all office software

No clinician ever came into this field because of a love of administrative work, a desire to chase after insurance companies or an interest in marketing. We have really figured out how to maximize our employee’s ability to focus on their clients and then be with their families.

YOUR SKILLS:

Licensed Clinical Psychologists, LCPCs, and LCSWs with a minimum of 1 year of post-licensure experience will be considered. Prospective clinicians do not need to have experience with neuro populations to apply. Clinicians who consider their approach to psychotherapy to be insight-oriented (widely defined) are strongly encouraged to apply. A background in individual psychotherapy with children & adolescents, adults, family, and/or couples are all welcome to apply. Above all else, clinicians who are warm, actively engaged with the world around them, and are interested in fostering development through the relationships they create will excel in this environment.
